Owned the creative direction and strategy for 3 digital platforms, directing 3 managers and ~20 person team across product design, user research, and editorial content. Helped define the strategy and lead research to understand the needs of each of our users: therapists, coaches, businesses and end users. Key projects include: a dedicated app focused on kids 13-20 years old, a 2-5 year Product Vision narrative, updates to onboarding for the consumer app.
Kids App
Ask: Prototype a new mental health app designed for kids. Deliverables: Various prototypes tested in rolling research with real kids.
