VP of Product Design. Design leadership for consumer, subscription, and e-commerce products, directing 3 design managers and ~20 designers to deliver high-impact work for Americans looking to save time and money on their medications. Key projects include: north star consumer experience vision, new condition-specific subscription program, a new ecommerce ability for consumers to prepay for their medications at a discount, and a white-label discount medication program for retailers.

North Star Consumer App

Ask: Set the vision for the Consumer app for the next 1-2 years, updating the overall experience, visual design, and feature set. Deliverables: Prototypes with refreshed look and feel for guest users and members.

New tab structure to support a more personalized home, with dedicated entrypoints to medications, care and profile

Guest experience focuses on conversion to membership and highlighting the range of services offered

Member experience focuses on managing medications and treatments across every surface


Telehealth Subscription

Ask: Create ability for consumers to subscribe to a telehealth subscription for a specific condition (erectile dysfunction) and design it in a way to scale to more conditions (weight loss, skincare, hair loss). Deliverables: Marketing landing pages and end-to-end consumer experience from sign up to managing the subscription.

Ask: Enable customers to prepay for their medications at a discount using GoodRx, including verifying prescription and inventory. Deliverables: Full end-to-end experience with payment and fulfillment options at Albertsons, Safeway, Vons and Hy-Vee stores.


White-Labeled GoodRx

Ask: Build out the full white-labeled GoodRx experience for pharmacy retailers, launching first with Hy-Vee. Deliverables: Separate white labeled app and art direction over QR codes and store signage.
